Urban Legends will be held August 3-7, 2015 at the world famous
Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio in North Hollywood, California.
Our host hotel is none other than The Garland, conveniently located close to Debbie Reynold’s, Hollywood Tourist attractions, Universal Studios and much more. A complimentary shuttle service to and from the host hotel and Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio will be available to those students who are staying at the host hotel. The shuttle will pick the students up in front of the hotel daily at 8:15am and bring the students back to the hotel immediately after classes conclude at 4:00pm each day.
Check-in begins daily at 8:30am at Debbie Reynold’s and classes begin promptly at 9:00am. There will be an hour long lunch break each day. Lunch may be purchased daily for $15.00 (cash only). The options will be different each day and will include a drink. We will also have drinks, snacks, and Urban Legends apparel available for purchase.
On the final day of Urban Legends 2015, the students will have a chance to a private, closed audition with Bloc Talent Agency, one of the biggest, most reputable agencies in the country. Students will receive valuable feedback in a small audition setting. They may even receive the chance to get signed representation and jumpstart their career. Also on the final day, parents will be treated to a brief showcase to see what their students have learned throughout the week. Various scholarships will be presented at this showcase.
